Nothing is removed. If you have more than 50 items or 10 containers when your Plus subscription ends, everything stays and you can open, search, edit, and export it. You just can't add more until you're back under the limit or back on Plus. If you shared your inventory, sharing pauses until you're on Plus again.

Yes. Move between Plus monthly and annual billing at any time in your account settings; the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. Cancel Plus and your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.

A one-time purchase: 90 days of Plus and 500 Smart Actions for $14.99, with nothing to cancel. It's for a move, an estate, or a big cataloging project. Buy it from Settings → Plan, on the web or in the apps. On a trial, the 90 days start when the trial ends; on a Plus subscription they start at the end of your current billing period, so turn renewal off if you want the pass to take over. Buying a second pass adds another 90 days. The Smart Actions are added right away, never expire, and work on any plan. When the pass ends, your account moves to the Free plan with everything still there.

On the web, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our payment processor, Stripe. In the iPhone and Android apps, subscriptions, action packs and passes are billed through the App Store or Google Play.

Yes. Cancel at any time through the customer portal in your account settings — you keep Plus until the end of your billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan with everything still there. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage the subscription from that store instead.

We don't refund partial billing periods — the 7-day free trial and the Free plan are there so you can make sure ToteTracker fits before paying. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow those stores' refund policies.

The Free plan holds up to 50 items and 10 containers in one inventory. Plus raises that to 50,000 items and 2,000 containers. Manual entry, browsing, and editing are always available and never use Smart Actions.

Yes. Sharing is part of Plus: the owner of a shared inventory needs Plus, and the people they invite can be on any plan, including Free. Everyone sees and edits the same containers and items, the owner's plan sets the item and container limits, and Smart Actions are deducted from whoever performs the action. If the owner's Plus subscription ends, sharing pauses until it's back; nothing is deleted.

Photo scanning (1 Smart Action per photo, or 3 Smart Actions for a whole shelf, however many items it finds), receipt import (1 Smart Action per receipt, however many lines it has), barcode lookup (1 Smart Action per successful lookup, on Plus or from a purchased pack), reading a serial number off a plate photo (1 Smart Action per photo), and Iris chat (replies use Smart Actions, metered by length). Manual entry, browsing, editing, and Smart Search never use actions.

Plus includes 100 Smart Actions a month, and up to 100 unused actions roll over. The Free plan is topped up to 10 a month, with no rollover. Purchased action packs never expire and work on both plans. If you run out, browsing, editing, and search keep working — only the scanning, lookup, and chat features pause until you buy a pack or your monthly refresh arrives.
