Sign up with your email or a Google, Apple, or Facebook account — no credit card required. You get full access for 7 days, including 40 Smart Actions to try photo scanning, receipt import, and Iris. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going; we'll remind you before it does.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time in your account settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
On the web, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our payment processor, Stripe. In the iPhone and Android apps, subscriptions and action packs are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
Yes. Cancel at any time through the customer portal in your account settings — you keep access until the end of your billing period. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage the subscription from that store instead.
We don't refund partial billing periods — the 7-day free trial is there so you can make sure ToteTracker fits before paying. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow those stores' refund policies.
You can store up to 2,000 items and 500 containers. Each month includes 100 Smart Actions for photo analysis and chat. Manual entry, browsing, searching, and editing are always available and unmetered.
Yes. Shared inventory lets a household, couple, or small team see and edit the same containers and items. Billing is per person: every member needs their own active subscription or free trial, so sharing isn't a way around the paywall. Smart Actions are deducted from whoever performs the action.
Photo scanning (1 action per photo, or 1 plus 1 per detected item for a shelf), receipt import (1 plus 1 per imported item), barcode lookup (2 per successful lookup), and Iris chat (replies use Smart Actions, metered by length). Manual entry, browsing, editing, and Smart Search never use actions.
Your 100 monthly Smart Actions are used first, and up to 100 unused actions roll over each month. Purchased action packs never expire. If you run out, browsing, editing, and search keep working — only the scanning, lookup, and chat features pause until you buy a pack or your monthly refresh arrives.
