ToteTracker (provided by Artificers Anvil LLC) lets you delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it — choose whichever is easier for you.
Option 1 — Delete it in the app
- Open ToteTracker and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
If you own an inventory that you share with other people, you'll be asked to hand it off or delete it first, so your household's records aren't lost.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email support@totetracker.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify that you own the account and process the deletion for you.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data, including:
- Your profile, email address, and login credentials
- Every inventory you own, and the items and containers inside it
- Photos and images you uploaded
- Your Iris assistant conversations and Smart Search data
- Your Smart Actions balance and usage history
What may be retained
- Records we're legally required to keep (for example, minimal billing or tax records) are retained only for as long as the law requires.
- A one-way, irreversible hash of your email address is kept to prevent repeated abuse of the free trial. It can't be turned back into your email or used to contact you.
- Items or containers you added to an inventory owned by someone else stay in that inventory and are reassigned to its owner, so the other members' records remain intact.
How long it takes
Your personal data is deleted within 30 days of your request, except for the limited records noted above.
